We always encountered some problem on facebook games, “out of sync” in farmville, “connection error” in cafe world. Farmville tech support can fix the problem soon but regarding this game – Cafe World, NO! The error is still there for a long time. Every time when the game finished loading, it gives “connection error“. And now the worst thing is we are in the game, but it still shows “connection error” after you are in about 5 secs.
We tried to not click the “refresh” button, we can still open cookbook, funtion and sell items. But everything will come back as you start game next time. Tried Google, IE and Firefox, all get the same message: “connection error“. It is weird that another cafe world account works well under the same computer, browser and IP.
Can Zynga Customer Support solve your “connect error”?
They sucks. We sent about 10 tickets to them and get the same reply:

Where is “Tier 2 group”? We expect to hear back from them soon! But 5 days later, nothing happens; 10 days later, still the same; 1 month later, the ticket status just like before – Escalated. The biggest 2010 wish – We can play cafe world again!

my cafe world will not work again i have refreshed it but i keep having the sane problem all my other games work ok
Everytime I log onto cafe world, I’m only able to click on items a few times then the whole page will freeze up and will not work but everything else is fine. HELP!!

Everytime I go into cafe I get a connection lost.. I don’t understand because I do my mothers cafe on the same computer & have no problems.. This is now effect my new golds to complete so many meals in only a few days.. This is not right that I have this problem & can’t complete my meals, will not make a 3 star. Also have problems with requesting help no names show up. Are you going to give me the time back that I have lost? This has been going on all day.. Have cleared my computer, shut down & restarted. But like I said I do my mothers cafe and hers is okay only same problem sometimes neighbors name do not show when I go to request.
Every time I go on Cafe World it goes really slow. This has happened over the last two weeks when Rewardville popped its ugly head up. I do not want Rewardville, how do I get rid of it? Hi It me again CeeCee trying so very hard to play cafe world but keeep experiencing connect issues,unable to spice my neighbors kitchens, not unable to see the catering truck and and unable to finish Ahola Joe and Lisa goal Vlll. I’m upset because this same issue happen with Valentine goals and I lost that cathering mission from my truck because unable to finish because of interuptionand connections issues after doing all that precooking to get closer to end up with nothing..
