There is a new issue in cafe world called gift box freezes that if you have some gifts then gift box can be accessible only once, it get freezes when you try to access second time. Here is a reply from zynga on this issue:

We understand the frustration you have at not being able to use your gifts, and can only ask for your continued patience while we work towards a solution.
This issue has been harder to track down and resolve then we initially anticipated, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Update (issue fixed 03.04.2010):
We’re happy to announce that we’ve fixed the issue that was affecting the gift box today! Thank you for being patient with us while we get this fixed. We’ve also turned off spoil for the night!

I.m trying to get chef’s specials and it is saying that the chef is out of the specials to today. The chef just posted the dish only 10 minutes ago. I’m trying to get 3 specials. How can I get them? Please fix. This gane is getting so bad, I’s about ready to quit.

ever since cafe world got all those updates i was never able to access my gift box again! i just get a grayed out screen with a box with an hour glass on it and 3 circles underneath that keeps on loading but nothing happens. i couldn’t click on anywhere i have to refresh the entire page and when i try to access my gift box same thing happens. please help!
