OK! It really make us depressed that zynga miss us again, we wait all the day to open valentine’s gifts but all of us can not open them at all on Feb.9. It is just another cafe world issue, so don’t need to ask how to open valentine’s gifts again and again. Here is official statement from them:

My cafe world keeps freezing up. IT THEN TAKES TOO LONG TO PLAY. IT IS FRUSTRATING. It takes forever to go back to my cafe too. Down load speed is 1.5 mb
